Key Responsibilities

• Verify insurance coverage and benefits before scheduled procedures
• Review patient responsibilities including deductibles, copays, coinsurance, and out-of-pocket amounts
• Provide accurate patient cost estimates and review available payment options
• Flag possible coverage issues prior to services being performed
• Explain insurance benefits and network participation in clear, easy-to-understand language
• Coordinate with patients, providers, and insurance companies to support a smooth patient experience

Requirements

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Experience with medical insurance plans, benefits, or healthcare registration preferred
• Ability to translate complex insurance details in a compassionate and understandable manner
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Comfort working independently while managing a daily work queue

Schedule

• Full-time
• Monday – Friday
• 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Onsite in Boardman, OH
