LEAD Finance Rotational Program

Responsibilities

• Complete four finance rotations across the organization to gain exposure to core processes and business models
• Assist with financial planning, analysis, and reporting, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Collaborate with business leaders to generate insights and support strategic decision making
• Contribute to process improvements and initiatives that enhance financial performance
• Build relationships across finance and operations through collaboration and networking
• Present analyses and recommendations to leadership stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field (Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or equivalent) from an accredited institution
• Strong academic performance with GPA requirements of Overall GPA >= 3.5 and Major GPA >= 3.5
• Willingness and ability to relocate to a different Wabtec office at least once during the program
• Authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship requirements

Program Experience

• Duration: Two-year program with four six-month rotations across corporate finance functions
• Locations: Rotations primarily in Chicago, IL and Pittsburgh, PA, with potential assignments at other Wabtec sites as needs evolve
• Relocation: Participants are expected to relocate to a different Wabtec office at least once during the program
• Development: Structured curriculum focused on technical and leadership skill development, supplemented by formal training and mentorship

• Salary: USD 75,000 per year
• Final base pay may be influenced by factors such as training, transferable skills, work experience, education, business needs, market demands, and location
