Manager Financial Analytics

Atlanta-based onsite role supporting hospital financial decision-making. This position helps manage hospital financial operations through hands-on analytics, reporting, and planning activities, partnering closely with department leaders and Finance to turn data into actionable insight.

What you’ll do

• Support the ongoing management of the hospital’s financial operations.
• Lead project accounting activities to support financial tracking and execution.
• Develop business cases to inform leadership decisions.
• Perform variance analysis to understand performance against targets.
• Own and support department-level budgets as part of the budgeting process.
• Measure and track new services to evaluate impact over time.
• Conduct labor analysis to support financial planning and understanding of workforce drivers.
• Collaborate with entity department leaders and other Finance teams to develop and deliver management reports and meaningful insights from data.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized college or university in Business Administration, Business Management, or a business-related field is required.
• 5 years of progressive work experience in a Finance role is required; experience in a multi-entity healthcare environment is preferred.

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized college or university in Business Administration, Business Management, or a business-related field is required.
• A Master’s degree in Business Administration, Hospital Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field is preferred.
