Job Description

Everett Powersports is seeking a Motorcycle Dealer Finance Manager to lead dealership financing operations in Everett, WA with an onsite, in-person focus. In this role, you will manage motorcycle loan processing end-to-end while supporting customer communication and deal closing to help drive dealership profitability.

Role Overview

You will oversee the full financing workflow, including loan approval, transaction structuring, and documentation review. The position also includes guiding customers through the financing steps from application through title processing and helping sales teams close deals that align with both customer needs and dealership goals.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire loan approval process, including credit analysis, transaction structuring, and documentation review for accuracy.
  • Build strong customer relationships by clearly communicating financing options, upselling appropriate products such as insurance and warranties, and guiding clients from application through title processing.
  • Work closely with the sales team to support smooth deal closing by structuring transactions that meet customer needs and dealership objectives.
  • Complete thorough credit analysis by evaluating client financial information using basic math skills and 10-key typing proficiency to assess risk.
  • Maintain detailed records for all transactions, including contracts, titles, and compliance documentation, ensuring timely submission for title processing and registration.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Loan Officer or Finance Manager in a dealership or vehicle sales environment.
  • Strong customer relationship background with a focus on exceptional customer service throughout the financing process.
  • Demonstrated experience in automotive or motorcycle loan financial services, including transaction structuring, credit analysis, and contract negotiation.
  • Familiarity with dealership management systems such as CDK or comparable platforms.
  • Experience upselling finance products, including insurance policies and extended warranties.
  • Excellent communication skills for client interaction, negotiation, and collaboration with internal teams.
  • Motorcycle Endorsement (Preferred).
