Oracle EBS Financials Functional Consultant

The Oracle EBS Financials Functional Consultant will support functional consulting activities across Oracle ERP Financials, partnering with stakeholders to gather requirements and contribute to end-to-end ERP package customization and integration. This is an onsite role based in Sidney, OH with Infosys.

Role Overview

This Package Consultant 2 position is centered on Oracle EBS Financials functional consulting. The work combines requirements gathering, solution architecture support, application customization, system integration, performance assessment, documentation, and user training to enable effective knowledge transfer.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units, and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities.
• Support solution architecture by contributing to the customization of ERP modules and features based on detailed business requirements.
• Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, including code reviews and maintaining the codebase for stability and compliance.
• Contribute to system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring consistent data flow between the ERP and other applications.
• Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities, and ensure ERP customizations comply with security measures and regulatory standards.
• Create comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to support knowledge transfer.
