Job Description
Lockheed Martin's Program Finance Staff in Marietta, GA handles day-to-day ADP program finance activities, including PMB management, EAC development, Earned Value analysis, and cost reporting to leadership.
Responsibilities
- Execute ADP program finance activities on a day-to-day basis.
- Independently establish and manage Performance Measurement Baselines.
- Analyze and reconcile actual costs.
- Develop Estimates at Complete (EAC).
- Perform Earned Value analysis and determine appropriate Earned Value techniques.
- Conduct variance analysis using various enterprise toolsets.
- Carry out cost analyses including cost allocation, cost control, and preparation of reports and contractual deliverables.
- Assist with the development and documentation of corrective action plans.
- Prepare analyses for presentation to multiple levels of leadership.
Requirements
- Experience in managing and analyzing cost and financial performance.
- Experience with enterprise-level cost management tools, such as Cobra.
- Experience with FAR/DFAR and US Government financial reporting requirements (IPMR/CPR, CFSR, CCDR, etc.).
- Experience with Earned Value Management guidelines and processes and their program implementations.
- U S Citizenship is required.
- Active DoD Secret clearance.

What you will be doing

Who you are
You are a highly analytical finance professional with experience supporting program finance, cost management, or Earned Value Management in a complex environment. You can balance multiple priorities while delivering accurate financial analysis and actionable insights to support program execution and strategic decisions. You are adept at developing and managing PMBs, supporting EAC processes, analyzing actual costs, and performing variance analyses using enterprise systems. You communicate clearly and collaborate across Program Management, Control Account Management, Contracts, and Finance teams. A problem solver with attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement and financial excellence, you are also ready to engage with leadership to discuss financial results and program impacts. US Citizenship and DoD Secret clearance are required.
Desired skills
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
- Familiarity with SAP.
- Experience with Hyperion/ADAR.
- Familiarity with Cobra and Empower style cost/reporting systems.
- Experience in developing program baselines and Estimates at Completion.
- Experience in IRAD/internal funds reporting and international finance reporting.
- Strong knowledge of Earned Value Management principles and guidelines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and mentor others.

- Compensation: The annual base salary ranges from 90,200 to 159,045 USD in many states; in major metropolitan areas the range may be 103,700 to 179,860 USD. Final salary depends on location and experience.
