Regional Finance Coordinator

Regional Finance Coordinator role supporting Skilled Nursing Facilities across Upstate New York with a focus on financial performance, revenue cycle, compliance, and leadership coaching.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial performance for a regional portfolio of skilled nursing facilities
• Collaborate with Administrators, DONs, and facility leadership to improve financial and operational outcomes
• Monitor revenue cycle performance, including billing, collections, and reimbursement processes
• Ensure adherence to corporate financial policies and internal controls
• Assess financial risks and opportunities, then develop action plans to address findings
• Coach and provide financial education to Business Office Managers and facility leadership

Requirements

• SNF experience
• Ability to travel throughout Upstate New York (including regular travel)
• Experience overseeing financial performance across multiple healthcare facilities
• Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, managed care, and SNF reimbursement models
• High comfort level working with executive and facility leadership teams
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and organization
• Good communication skills

Location: Albany, NY (onsite)

Compensation: USD 85,000 - 115,000 per year
