Senior Finance Leader role overseeing finance operations for the transportation and distribution business in Ontario, CA (fully onsite).

Lead finance operations including FP&A, General Ledger, billing, revenue assurance, and financial reporting
Drive profitability and margin accountability across client, facility, lane, and service performance
Establish and maintain pricing and deal-economics discipline
Improve billing accuracy, collections, and cash flow while eliminating revenue leakage
Reduce manual processes through automation and improved systems
Manage finance staffing and productivity as the business scales
Oversee payroll tax return processes and support tax audits
Manage relationships with factoring companies, funding sources, and asset-based lenders
Provide financial analysis and recommendations on unprofitable clients or services
Partner with Corporate Finance on consolidation, risk, and capital planning
Act as an independent financial voice to Operations and Sales

10–15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience
Experience in staffing and an asset-heavy environment such as 3PL, transportation, logistics, warehousing, or distribution
Experience managing approximately 15–20 accounts/business relationships with $200M+ in revenue (preferred)
Strong background in pricing, margin management, FP&A, billing, and revenue assurance
Experience with General Ledger, staffing/labor economics, payroll taxes, and tax audits
Experience with factoring, funding companies, asset-based lending, or working-capital financing
Experience managing financial operations supporting a large employee workforce
Demonstrated ability to scale finance operations while improving efficiency and reducing cost per dollar of revenue
CPA preferred but not required
Multi-site transportation and warehousing experience highly desirable
