Job Description

Entrust is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst FP&A to support IT and Software Operations onsite in Shakopee, MN.

Responsibilities

  • Provide business leaders with analytics, identify key drivers, and offer recommendations to improve financial performance while signaling potential issues early
  • Perform ad hoc financial modeling and analysis to evaluate revenue and cost scenarios
  • Offer operational insights by developing monthly forecasts, annual budgets, and long-range plans
  • Evaluate monthly, quarterly, and annual results against forecasts and prepare comprehensive reporting packages and presentations for leadership
  • Support the preparation of departmental budgets, provide variance feedback to department leaders, and recommend actions to control spend within budget
  • Complete month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and audit schedules
  • Plan, lead, and organize projects within the finance group and across the organization
  • Research and respond to internal and external questions, delivering timely, accurate, and professional resolutions

Requirements

  • BA/BS in Accounting or Finance
  • Minimum 5-7 years of accounting or finance experience
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint; ERP experience, preferably Oracle
  • Hands-on working knowledge of budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Must be able to lawfully work within the US and have unrestricted work authorization for the US

Compensation

The anticipated starting base pay for this position is $100,423-$147,287 per year in the primary posting location. Actual compensation will be determined based on geographic location, education, skills and experience. This position is eligible for the company’s discretionary annual incentive plan. In addition to pay, Entrust offers comprehensive health and well-being programs including medical, vision, dental, and a generous 401(k) matching contribution.
