Job Description

Flexible work, strong development, and real executive impact come with this Senior Financial Analyst role at ServiceTitan. You will support revenue growth through forecasting, executive-level analysis, and scalable analytics frameworks, while partnering across Finance, Sales, and Product. Compensation for this California onsite position is USD 104,500 - 167,600 per year. ServiceTitan also provides comprehensive health and wellness benefits, plus support for major life milestones, including parental leave and fertility services reimbursement.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner closely with GMs and C-level executives across Finance, Sales, and Product to drive business growth and inform strategic decisions.
  • Own monthly and quarterly revenue forecasting, including variance analysis, scenario planning, and executive-level reporting.
  • Design and implement scalable analytics frameworks that support long-term growth.
  • Provide guidance and leadership to junior team members, reinforcing a culture of excellence, ownership, and continuous improvement.
  • Align revenue strategies across functions and help ensure execution against business priorities.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in Finance, Strategy, Consulting, or Investment Banking.
  • Deep expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and executive-level analysis.
  • Proven ability to influence executives and drive company-wide initiatives.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to craft insights for a C-suite audience.
  • Experience operating at the intersection of strategy and execution, building scalable processes in a high-growth environment.
  • A self-starter mindset with a bias for action and measurable impact.
