Job Description
Lockheed Martin, through its Sikorsky Operations Finance organization, is seeking a Senior Financial Management professional to strengthen program finance support and advance core Operational Finance processes. This hybrid role in Stratford, CT centers on forecasting, reporting, data analytics, and continuous improvement to drive financial results across initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Operations Finance and IT/Data Analytics teams to implement process improvements, develop dashboards, and drive digital transformation that yields clear financial insights.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of Operations costs to support monthly estimate at complete (EAC) tracking.
- Provide effective support to Operations and Finance leadership and respond to financial information requests promptly.
- Demonstrate a track record of successful change implementation, ongoing improvement, and relationship-building across teams.
- Support and lead 1LMX product costing and manufacturing earned value process initiatives.
- Perform other Operations Finance tasks as requested or required.
Requirements
- Expertise in SAP P1S and SAP PM1.
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience; 6+ years of professional experience, or 4+ years with a related Master’s degree.
