- Coordinate with the deal team, credit team, and other internal parties to guide response plans for underperforming accounts and protect the bank’s interests.
- Underwrite and manage approval workflows for loan modifications, amendments, waivers, consents, renewals, and advance requests, including multi-advance facilities, coordinating with clients and relevant internal departments such as legal counsel, closing, credit, and operations.

- Facilitate, process, and monitor multi-advance requests and revolving credit facilities.
- Prepare diligence and presentation materials for ongoing loan reviews and present credit risk information to internal stakeholders, including recommendations for action and proactive strategies.
- Maintain client file currency by creating new client files as needed, setting up reporting and covenant dashboards, and supporting reporting requirements.
- Manage operational complexities and inquiries for a portfolio of accounts at origination, payment collection, and during amendment, modification, or advance request cycles, in partnership with the operations function.
- Support cross-functional and strategic bank initiatives, including system and process implementations and improvements to portfolio monitoring tools, reporting dashboards, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Provide guidance to teammates by mentoring on financial and credit analysis and risk assessment.
- Support third-party engagements as needed, including valuations, appraisals, and field exams.
- Maintain regulatory awareness, including BSA, AML, CIP, and OFAC.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned to support the deal team and/or client.
