Job Description

Experian Information Solutions is building the Consumer’s Bureau and is hiring an experienced product leader to drive a portfolio of credit-based, data-driven marketing prospecting solutions in a regulated environment. This individual contributor role partners closely with Product, Sales, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, Fulfillment, and Executive leadership while focusing on cloud-based consumer prospecting products.

How you’ll contribute

  • Own, develop, and launch next-generation prospecting solutions that help clients reach consumers with the right offer in the right channel at the right time
  • Define and communicate user stories, business objectives, and product requirements to engineering teams
  • Apply critical thinking and problem-solving to define and execute on product strategy and vision
  • Conduct research on product positioning, pricing/revenue, competitor products/services, and market trends to recommend relevant solution bundles
  • Use market intelligence and P&L analysis to prioritize investments and identify highest revenue opportunities
  • Provide product and market expertise to Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams to support revenue growth in the North American market
  • Represent the product line with internal groups and external clients and partners through demonstrated subject matter expertise
  • Partner with other teams to help orchestrate and meet Ascend platform strategic goals

What you bring

  • 7+ years of experience in Product Management or Marketing
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Experience in the Financial Services industry with a focus on credit marketing
  • Ability to work effectively in and navigate a matrix environment
  • Familiarity with Pragmatic Marketing and Agile methodologies

Additional role context

This role involves close collaboration with teams across Product, Sales, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, and Fulfillment, along with Executive leadership. Knowledge of regulated credit marketing products such as prescreen or prequalification (soft pull) solutions, and familiarity with channels including direct mail, telemarketing, email, and digital campaigns are valuable.
