- Provide personal, practical and achievable guidance, and connect clients with Thrivent products and programs.
- Foster enduring, trust-based relationships across generations, serving clients in your chosen community.
- Schedule client appointments by leveraging your network and Thrivent’s reputation, deliver recognized financial workshops, and market your practice.
- Maintain scheduling flexibility to support work-life balance.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Military veterans are encouraged to apply.
- FINRA SIE, life and health licenses (licensed role only) before contracting.
- Satisfactory background check, fingerprinting and securities registration and/or insurance licensing verification, if applicable.
