Senior Product Manager - Tech, WW Ops Finance - S&A Tech
Job Description
Own product strategy and execution for early-stage, highly visible finance automation initiatives in WW Ops Finance.
Responsibilities
- Identify new product capabilities, define features, and collaborate with development teams to deliver customer-ready functionality
- Work backwards from business outcomes to shape creative product features and capabilities that enhance customer experience
- Own the end-to-end product life cycle, covering strategic planning through tactical delivery
- Produce product requirements documents using deep knowledge of relevant market segments and internal stakeholders
- Translate product and business requirements into development specifications within an agile delivery process
- Set goals, review metrics, and find opportunities to improve results
- Drive execution across multiple teams from design through rollout for programs spanning broad scope
- Convert key insights into practical, actionable recommendations to improve the product
- Manage multiple concurrent requests and prioritize strategically when needed
- Write clear documentation and test plans, demonstrating strong written and oral communication
Requirements
- Experience owning and driving roadmap strategy and product definition
- Experience participating in engineering discussions around technology decisions and product-related strategy
- Experience representing and advocating for a range of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience delivering product features and managing feature-level tradeoffs
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience balancing conflicting priorities in ambiguous environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience developing analytic products in an operational setting, including fast-prototyping, piloting, and launching
- Experience building and driving adoption of new tools
- Experience with analytical tools such as QuickSight or building AI-driven analytics tools

- S&A (Standardization & Automation) treats technology as an enabler for Finance by making data available at multiple grains for analysis and planning
- Belief that planning should be automated using business-led inputs and automatic calculations to enable comparison of scenarios

- Finance planners access plans through PLANet once the planning cycle begins
- Inputs are loaded through Input Automation and Inputs forecasting using predictive forecasting
- Financial plans are pre-computed under different scenarios using past scenarios, historical actions, adjustments, latest inputs, and descriptive plan summaries and comparisons
- Capability will scientifically recommend an optimized plan aligned to planner intent
- Build capabilities in a highly modular way, including an upcoming GenAi-based agentic workflow

Compensation: USD 151,200 to 204,600 per year
