Job Description

DaVita is seeking a Sr Manager, HSG Finance to drive process improvements, design and maintain metrics and reporting, conduct revenue valuation analyses, and oversee financial reporting across center and divisional revenue reviews and audits. This role blends analytical rigor with cross-functional collaboration to support strategic outlooks and audit readiness.

Location and compensation: El Segundo, CA with remote options available. Salary range is USD 119,000 - 172,000 per year. Education required: Bachelor's Degree.

Responsibilities

  • Support and drive process improvements across finance operations
  • Develop, maintain, and disseminate key metrics and reports
  • Lead or contribute to special projects with cross-functional teams
  • Provide detailed revenue valuation analyses to help achieve departmental goals
  • Support accounting processes for center and divisional revenue reviews
  • Analyze accounts receivable, cash, and related transaction activity
  • Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Prepare financial reports for corporate and field operations management, joint venture partners, and internal and external audit agencies

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Some work experience, including internship experience
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
