Job Description

The Lenovo Global Financial Services Business Development Manager for Channel North America will support financing-led growth across North America through go-to-market planning and partner engagement. The role is focused on increasing LGFS penetration and strengthening collaboration with distributors, resellers, and channel organizations.

Role Overview

As the primary LGFS financing subject matter expert for the Channel business, you will develop and implement the North America channel strategy, build relationships with key partners, and drive financing attachment within channel-led opportunities. This includes supporting partner recruitment and enablement while creating tailored financing programs and delivering partner education.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the LGFS Channel strategy for North America.
Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic distributors, resellers, and channel leaders.
Drive financing attachment in channel-led opportunities.
Support channel partner recruitment, enablement, and growth initiatives.
Create financing programs designed around channel partner needs.
Deliver partner-facing financing education, workshops, and business reviews.
Collaborate with Lenovo Channel sales teams and partner management organizations.
Identify new routes to market and financing-led growth opportunities.
Monitor channel performance metrics and develop improvement plans.
Act as the primary LGFS financing subject matter expert for Channel business.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in channel sales, partner management, financing, or business development.

Preferred Qualifications

Strong understanding of distributor and reseller ecosystems.
Experience developing go-to-market strategies with partners.
Relationship management and executive communication skills.
Proven ability to drive indirect sales growth.

Compensation and Pay Transparency

The anticipated annual compensation range is USD 143,570–220,087.

Lenovo’s Global Financial Services team is hiring an SMB-focused Business Development Manager to accelerate financing growth across North America’s small and medium business segment. In this onsite role in Morrisville, NC, you will lead financing strategy and adoption initiatives, partnering across sales, digital, channel teams, and internal credit, operations, and funding stakeholders to improve how Lenovo SMB deals get financed.

Responsibilities
