Area Sales Manager – Non-Prime Auto Finance

Strike Acceptance is hiring an experienced Area Sales Manager to grow its presence in the non-prime auto finance market across an assigned territory. This remote role is centered on building relationships with dealer partners, signing new accounts, and maintaining strong ongoing performance through regular visits and calls.

Working from a home-based office, you will act as the primary ambassador for Strike Acceptance in the Phoenix market, supporting dealers with deal structuring insights, monitoring performance, and driving monthly funding and sign-up goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Build a market from the ground up in non-prime auto finance and establish Strike Acceptance through dealer partnerships as the key company representative.
• Assist dealers in understanding what does and does not work when structuring deals using the Strike Acceptance program.
• Work remotely within an assigned geographic territory by signing new dealers and servicing existing ones, including frequent dealer visits and daily calls.
• Meet or exceed monthly goals tied to funding, focusing on booking deals and securing dealer sign-ups while maintaining a high level of customer service with quality dealers.
• Monitor ongoing dealer performance, including efficiency, delinquency/losses, and profitability, to support long-term partnership success.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Dealer Relationship Manager, field credit analyst, or branch manager with relevant non-prime auto finance background.
• Living in or near the Phoenix market with an existing dealer base already signing dealers and funding deals.
• 3+ years of experience as a Dealer Relationship Manager in the Non-Prime Auto Finance space.
• Ability to ramp up quickly with minimal training and demonstrate strong self-motivation.
• Valid license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation to support 8–10 dealer visits per day.
• Comfort working from a home office with 80%+ travel in the market and occasional overnight travel.
• Detail orientation, strong organization, and drive are required for success.
