Automotive Finance Producer

The Automotive Finance Producer will guide customers through financing, present F&I products, structure deals with lenders, and partner with the sales team to deliver a smooth delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Help customers navigate financing with clarity, honesty, and care
• Structure deals and coordinate with lenders to match each customer's needs
• Present F&I options such as warranties, GAP, and insurance in a consultative, low-pressure manner
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless and memorable vehicle delivery

Requirements

• Experience in automotive F&I or financial services
• CDK experience is preferred but not required
• People-first approach and a track record of building relationships
• Knowledge of credit, compliance, and deal structuring
• California DMV Salesperson License or ability to obtain one

Compensation and Location

Location: Ventura, CA (onsite)

Salary: USD 50,000 - 175,000 per year
