Chief Financial Officer

The Chief Financial Officer at PharmaLink, onsite in Largo, FL, is a hands-on finance leader and strategic partner to the CEO and private equity owners, overseeing accounting, FP&A, treasury, budgeting, reporting, audit, and strategic finance.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the CEO, executive team, and private equity investors on strategic and operational finance.
• Oversee accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow while leading FP&A, forecasting, modeling, and enterprise finance strategy.
• Build scalable financial infrastructure, dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools for timely performance visibility.
• Deliver regular financial packages to executives, the board, private equity stakeholders, and lenders.
• Collaborate with department heads to enhance financial accountability and data-driven decision making.
• Instill budgeting discipline and educate leaders on financial ownership, forecasting, and performance management.
• Support scalability through financial modeling, workforce planning, capital planning, and process improvements.
• Maintain relationships with banks, auditors, tax advisors, and external financial partners.
• Assess financial risks, operational gaps, and succession vulnerabilities with proactive mitigations.
• Ensure GAAP compliance, regulatory requirements, lender obligations, and internal controls.
• Provide analysis and guidance on growth initiatives, investments, acquisitions, vendor contracts, and opportunities.
• Maintain and optimize ERP and financial systems infrastructure, including SAP and related reporting.
• Foster a high-performance, accountable finance culture centered on collaboration and execution.
• Contribute to executive planning, compensation discussions, and board-level initiatives.
• Prepare quarterly board materials in collaboration with the executive leadership team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive financial leadership experience.
• Experience as CFO, VP of Finance, or equivalent senior financial role.
• Background in a private equity backed environment.
• Proven experience engaging lenders, investors, and boards.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial controls, budgeting, forecasting, and operations.
• Proven ability to build scalable financial processes and reporting structures.
• Executive communication, leadership, and cross-functional partnership skills.
• Experience leading ERP-driven finance environments, SAP preferred.
