Job Description
On-site in Auburn Hills, Michigan, this role sits at the financial backbone of Mopar within the Stellantis organization. You will serve as the finance business partner for Service Parts Portfolios and Sales Operations, leading a team of specialists and analysts to drive portfolio profitability through disciplined management of volume, pricing, mix, and incentives.
Responsibilities
- Act as the operating partner for Service Parts Portfolio Management, guiding the finance function on all commercial initiatives
- Direct oversight of competitive pricing initiatives across the portfolios
- Lead financial analysis and support strategy development to achieve portfolio targets
- Coordinate and present monthly KPIs, identifying risks and opportunities for the business
- Support Commercial and Product Committee materials and presentations by managing portfolio financial analysis
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; if not held, a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Finance, or Accounting is required
- Minimum of 10 years of experience, or a Master’s with 9 years of experience, with substantial exposure to Platform Finance, Sales & Marketing Finance, and/or Mopar Finance
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Teams)
- Experience managing a team of four or more specialists and analysts
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong multi-tasking skills and adaptability to changing priorities
- Results-oriented with the ability to plan, implement, and measure outcomes
- Solid analytical, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications
