Dealership Finance Manager

Gib's RV Superstore seeks a Dealership Finance Manager to lead the Finance Department onsite in Coos Bay, Oregon.

Responsibilities

• Structure financing packages to maximize opportunities while protecting customers' investments.
• Execute the F&I process in real time, secure lender approvals, and obtain customer commitments.
• Maintain flawless paperwork, track contracts in transit, and drive timely funding through proactive communication with the business office.
• Safeguard customers' financial information and the dealership's interests, uphold stringent compliance, to earn the owner's confidence in the department.
• Receive direct mentorship from the Owner and Sales Manager to ensure the necessary tools for success.
• Starting target of USD 75,000 with potential to surpass USD 120,000+ annually, with no income cap.
• Pursue a long-term, permanent career on a high-performing, established team.
• Maintain work-life balance with a 5-day schedule including Sundays off, an additional day off, summer hours 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, and seasonal closures.

Requirements

• Exceptional phone and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and sustain relationships with banks, lenders, and vendors.
• Strong computer literacy and accurate typing skills to manage contracts and lender portals.
• Commitment to ongoing learning; stay current on lending trends, compliance laws, and evolving industry standards.
• Proven track record of reliability and high-level success.
• Ability to independently locate answers and navigate complex financial hurdles.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.
• Valid Oregon driver license.

Pay
