Director of Financial Reporting

Responsibilities

• Directs system-wide day-to-day management of the Accounting department.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• Written and oral communication skills to present financial information to department heads, clinical personnel without a financial background, and the Executive Team
• Poise, confidence and tact to interact with personnel from all levels of a faith-based organization
• Certified Public Accountant preferred
• Five years prior healthcare experience with prior management experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Proficiency in computer-based accounting and information systems
