Job Description
Strategic executive finance leader responsible for healthcare financial systems, KPI-based performance reporting, and revenue cycle and reimbursement optimization across multiple campuses.
Responsibilities
- Build executive dashboards, KPI scorecards, and monthly operating reports.
- Own budgeting, forecasting, financial analytics, and performance reporting.
- Drive revenue cycle optimization and develop reimbursement strategy.
- Partner with Business Office Managers to strengthen collections and overall financial performance.
- Lead strategic financial projects, process improvement, and operational initiatives.
- Support organizational growth across the Arlington Heights and Mundelein campuses.
- Report to executive leadership and collaborate with operations across multiple locations.
Requirements
- BA degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Healthcare Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of leadership experience in healthcare finance, revenue cycle, FP&A, or financial operations.
- Advanced Excel skills for financial reporting and dashboard development.
- Proven experience with budgeting, forecasting, and executive-level financial reporting.
- Experience presenting executive-level financial reports.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree (preferred).
- CPA (preferred).
- HFMA (preferred).
- HMA (preferred).
Experience (Minimum)
- Revenue cycle management: 5 years (required).
- Financial analysis: 5 years (required).
- Healthcare management: 5 years (required).
