EXPERIENCED FINANCE DIRECTOR

Highline Motors is seeking an Experienced Finance Director to join our Loveland, Colorado team. This full-time, on-site role offers a competitive monthly pay range of USD 3,200 to 10,000, plus an employee discount and paid time off. You will be part of a collaborative environment focused on closing deals and handling F&I duties, guiding customers from their initial on lot interaction through funding and lender requirements, while coordinating service scheduling and supporting lot inventory. This is a hands-on, in-person role that values reliability, teamwork, and a clear drive to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Prospect customers from the lot and ask targeted questions to best address their needs
• Manage F&I duties, secure funding, and ensure lender requirements are met
• Drive sales and perform thoughtful follow up with prospects
• Prepare and complete all sales paperwork, guiding the sale from start to finish
• Coordinate service scheduling for customers and assist with maintaining the lot inventory

Requirements

• Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable talking with a wide range of people
• Reliable, trustworthy with a strong drive to succeed
• Detail oriented with a solid work ethic
• Hardworking and able to contribute effectively in a team setting
• Ideally bilingual (Spanish)
• Tech savvy, including familiarity with social media
• Day shift availability required
