Finance and Insurance (F&I) Manager

Kia of Abilene is looking for an experienced Finance and Insurance (F&I) Manager to support customers during the final steps of buying a vehicle. In this onsite role in Abilene, Texas, you will manage financing and insurance transactions, help present available finance products, and help drive finance income while keeping the customer experience professional and organized.

The position also requires strong attention to detail and a working understanding of compliance. You will coordinate lender approvals, complete and verify documentation for cash, finance, and loan deals, and ensure each transaction aligns with dealership, lender, state, and federal requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently complete financing and insurance paperwork
• Present financing options, protection plans, warranties, and other available products
• Generate finance income while maintaining a customer-first approach
• Secure lender approvals for financed and leased vehicle purchases
• Verify all paperwork for cash, finance, and loan transactions
• Collect required funds and documents at closing
• Maintain a thorough understanding of lender programs, rates, leases, and other financing options
• Ensure every transaction meets dealership, lender, state, and federal compliance requirements
• Process cancellations for extended warranties and other applicable products
• Work closely with the sales team to deliver an easy and professional customer experience
• Help train and develop team members as needed

Requirements

• At least 2 years of automotive dealership experience (required)
• At least 1 year of sales experience (required)
• Previous automotive F&I experience strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of financing, lender requirements, compliance, and aftermarket products
• Excellent communication, organization, and closing skills
• Ability to build trust with customers and work effectively with the sales team
• Commitment to honesty, professionalism, and outstanding customer service
• Ability to work in person at Kia of Abilene in Abilene, Texas

Compensation

• USD 90,000 - 150,000 per year
