Finance Business Partner
Job Description
CFS is seeking a Finance Business Partner to support a growing Northern Indiana manufacturer from its onsite location in Elkhart, IN. In this role, you will collaborate with operational leaders to strengthen business performance and contribute to strategic decision-making through financial analysis and executive reporting.
As a key member of the finance function, you will be responsible for building and maintaining budgeting and forecasting processes, analyzing profitability and business trends, and translating insights into clear recommendations for senior leadership. This position is structured for a finance professional who wants to be actively involved in how the business plans, operates, and improves.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with operational and business leaders to drive financial performance
- Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support decision-making
- Analyze profitability and business trends to identify insights and opportunities
- Prepare executive-level reporting and recommendations
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and operational improvements
- Support strategic planning initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business
- 5+ years of progressive finance experience
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Experience with budgeting and forecasting
- Advanced Excel and ERP experience preferred
