Finance Manager

Location: Overland Park, KS onsite • Salary: USD 86,300 - 155,700 per year

The Finance Manager will lead the development of capital and operating forecasts, budgets, trend analyses, and reporting for the supported Departments and Business Units. They will counsel leadership on financial trends and operational drivers, presenting findings with guidance for course corrections.

Responsibilities

• Develop and interpret financial concepts for departmental operating and capital budgets and forecasts, gathering and summarizing recommendations for plans and trend-based requirements
• Apply statistical and financial modeling to identify variances, drivers, opportunities, and risks; deliver actionable insights to senior management with suggested adjustments
• Use scenario and sensitivity analyses to enhance decision making across options and present findings
• Define and track key performance indicators and benchmarking across accounts, markets, business units, and channels; communicate results via dashboards and reports
• Collaborate with internal teams and strategic partners to ensure proper accounting controls and audit readiness

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with five years of related experience, or advanced degree with three years of related experience (Required)
• Fields of study include Finance, Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Economics, or Engineering (Required)
• 7–10 years of experience in analytics and planning (Required)
• Experience in wireless telecom or equivalent field with less than 2 years in that area (Required)
• Finance and Accounting fundamentals (Required)
