Finance Manager

Publicis Groupe Holdings B.V. invites you to join as a Finance Manager in Chicago, onsite. The role offers a salary of USD 85,000 - 90,000 per year and provides the opportunity to collaborate with business leads at Starcom, Publicis Media, and the Starcom Client Finance team on corporate finance initiatives. The position centers on P&L forecasting and actuals, with a focus on Direct Client Costs and Overhead, shaping financial planning and reporting across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Produce monthly performance reports and monitor progress against targets.
• Generate monthly accounts receivable reporting and track against targets.
• Coordinate the monthly close with emphasis on Direct Client Costs (T&E, research, write-offs) and Overhead.
• Review all P&L accounts for management reporting.
• Prepare monthly journal entries.
• Develop forecasts.
• Provide ad hoc management reporting.
• Support other special projects as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or Finance
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a Corporate Finance or similar role
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, advanced formulas, and VLOOKUPs; Power BI/Power Query a plus
• Strong communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders in Finance
• Experience in documenting and/or creating financial processes is a plus
