Finance Manager

Finance Manager position at Audi Stuart, part of Murgado Automotive Group, in Stuart, FL (onsite) with a salary range of USD 120,000 - 200,000 per year.

Responsibilities

• Structure financing packages to optimize profitability while preserving strong collectability
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of title regulations and vehicle registration processes
• Maintain all required certifications and stay updated with industry standards
• Desk deals precisely, submit to lenders, evaluate credit responsibly, and close transactions effectively
• Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal regulations
• Prepare contracts, finalize paperwork, and hand over vehicles to customers
• Review post-sale deals for accuracy and completeness
• Assemble and submit deal packages to lenders promptly to secure timely funding

Requirements

• College degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience
• Minimum of 3 years of automotive finance or F&I experience
• Deep understanding of dealership finance and insurance procedures
• Professional appearance with a customer-first approach
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, dealership software, and internet applications
• Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
• Proven track record of closing deals with professionalism and integrity
• Valid driver’s license
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
