Finance Manager

Compensation: USD 80,000 - 120,000 per year. Location: Olympia, WA (onsite). Experience: 1 year minimum.

Responsibilities

• Understand the structure of a car deal to help maximize dealership profit.
• Work within bank and credit union parameters and stipulations to fund deals as quickly as possible.
• Perform job duties with integrity to stay in full compliance.
• Prioritize customer experience and contribute to maintaining high CSI.
• Protect the dealership and customer private information.
• Support the sales team by assisting with deal progress and helping close deals.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year in Automotive Finance Manager experience (Required).
• Minimum 2 years of dealership F&I or Sales Management experience (preferred).
• Familiarity with DealerTrack F&I, Darwin, and CUDL.
• Belief in the importance of attitude and enthusiasm.
• Comfortable assisting the sales team to progress and close deals.
• Driver’s License (Required).
