Automotive Finance Manager

DARCARS Kia of Temple Hills is part of DARCARS Automotive Group, and we’re seeking an Automotive Finance Manager to strengthen our customer finance experience at our onsite location in Temple Hills, MD. This role supports profitable deal structuring while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strong client satisfaction. What you’ll be doing

• Lead the customer finance process in person and through our digital retailing tools
• Present and sell finance and warranty products with confidence and in line with compliance standards
• Collaborate with sales professionals to structure profitable deals
• Secure lender approvals and complete title paperwork accurately and on time
• Maintain top-tier CSI scores and a high level of client satisfaction
• Provide expert guidance on DMV laws and finance regulations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders and vendor partners

What we’re looking for

• 2–3 years of F&I Manager experience in a high-volume dealership
• Strong knowledge of lending guidelines and compliance
• Professional, confident menu presentations
• Comfort working evenings and Saturdays
• Exceptional organization and attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license and a clean record
• Experience with dealership management systems (DMS) and Microsoft Office

Compensation and benefits

Salary: USD 240,000 per year
