Job Description
Overview
This position leads the dealership’s financial services, supervising the full loan lifecycle, maintaining compliant processes, and driving sales through proactive negotiation and upselling. The role emphasizes precision in processing, strong client service, and adherence to industry regulations to support a smooth automotive financing operation.
Responsibilities
- Manage the complete cycle of automotive loan processing, including credit analysis, transaction structuring, and title processing to ensure timely and accurate deal completion.
- Build and sustain strong customer relationships through proactive communication, personalized service, and effective upselling of financing and insurance products.
- Lead negotiations with clients to secure favorable loan terms while maintaining compliance with applicable loan regulations and dealership policies.
- Oversee transaction structuring to optimize deal profitability while adhering to industry standards and legal requirements.
- Ensure all financial documentation, contracts, and regulatory paperwork meet standards related to automotive sales and financial regulations.
- Utilize financial software systems to enable efficient loan processing, credit analysis, and client data management.
- Provide regular training on industry knowledge, including financial regulations, credit analysis techniques, and dealership sales strategies to support team development.
- Maintain meticulous records of all transactions, including accurate mathematical calculations involved in deal structuring.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify upselling opportunities that enhance revenue while delivering excellent customer service.
- Monitor compliance with loan regulations, including disclosures and title processing procedures, and other legal requirements governing automotive financing.
Requirements
- Proven experience in financial services within the automotive or dealership sector, including roles such as loan officer or finance manager.
- Strong knowledge of automotive industry regulations, financial compliance standards, and credit analysis techniques.
- Demonstrated ability in negotiation, client communication, and relationship management to foster trust and loyalty.
- Familiarity with dealership management systems or financial software such as CDK or equivalent for transaction processing and record keeping.
- Excellent math skills with capacity for basic calculations in deal structuring and credit assessments; 10-key typing proficiency is preferred.
- In-depth understanding of automotive financing products, including insurance options under Finance & Insurance (F&I).
- Ability to interpret complex contracts and legal documents related to loans and titles with accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for maintaining compliance documentation and transaction records.
- Exceptional customer service abilities combined with a proactive approach to upselling beneficial products or services.

Pay
Monthly salary range: USD 7,000.00 – 15,000.00
