Finance Manager, F&I Manager, w/ RV Experience

Miles RV Center is seeking an experienced RV dealership Finance Manager/F&I Manager to help advance the F&I department at its location in Nebo, NC (onsite). In this role, you will focus on generating finance and insurance revenue while supporting sales execution, approvals, and accurate documentation for customers.

The position requires RV experience and centers on producing additional dealership income through structured finance and insurance sales, managing the approval process, and maintaining organized records. You will also collaborate with the Sales Manager to align forecasting and profitability goals across the store.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate additional dealership revenue by selling finance and insurance programs to new and used vehicle customers.
• Own responsibility for insurance fees and financing.
• Sell extended service agreements, financing, tire replacement, and credit life, along with accident and health insurance plans.
• Submit finance applications to the appropriate sources to obtain financing approval.
• Provide and manage rate quotations.
• Contact insurance companies for required insurance paperwork and maintain complete insurance records.
• Develop incentives for salespeople to promote insurance and financing in line with dealership policies, and educate salespeople on the procedures for selling financing.
• Partner with the Sales Manager to maximize profit opportunities from each sale.
• Set up finance forecasting alongside sales department forecasting to achieve targeted penetration and income.
• Prepare monthly reports on finance penetration and share results with the Dealer.
• Verify all documents for correct titles, taxes, lien information, and related details.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 to 2 years of RV dealership F&I experience (required).
• RV sales experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven track record of customer satisfaction.
• Detail-oriented approach with the ability to multi-task.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean, insurable driving record.
• Computer proficiency.
• Professional references.
• Pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: USD 50,000 - 200,000 per year.
