Financial Controller

Mississippi Welders Supply seeks an experienced Financial Controller to lead the Accounting Department and collaborate with leadership to sustain financial health and drive growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the Accounting Department
• Produce monthly and annual financial statements and reports
• Oversee budgeting, cash flow management, and financial analysis
• Supervise the general ledger, tax reporting, and year-end close processes
• Contribute to strategic planning and evaluation of capital investments
• Drive ongoing improvements to financial processes and controls

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
• 5+ years of leadership experience in accounting
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and accounting principles
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office and ERP systems preferred

Compensation

• USD 100,000.00 to 115,000.00 per year
