Job Description

As a Financial Data Analyst on CrowdStrike’s Finance Data Analytics team, you will help enable accurate, decision-ready Finance KPIs for Sales. The work focuses on connecting upstream quoting structure to downstream ARR outcomes, alongside ad-hoc analytics, reporting, and close support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver ad-hoc support to global Sales and Sales Ops teams to maintain accuracy of Finance KPIs used in revenue forecasting, including ACV, ARR, and Renewals.
  • Reconcile and bridge financial metrics from quote lines through ACV to ARR.
  • Create reporting datasets and dashboards that support revenue-impacting projects and Sales initiatives.
  • Work closely with upstream CRM platform teams to help ensure high data quality.
  • Partner with the Finance Data Engineering Team to investigate issues and drive solutions as business needs evolve.
  • Participate in the month-end and quarter-end close processes.

Required Qualifications

  • Preferred location: East Coast US.
  • Proficiency in SQL, with knowledge of data flow and data warehousing concepts.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau (plus) and Excel.
  • Ability to support external stakeholders, including strong communication skills and the capability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Engineering, or a related discipline, or comparable work experience.
  • Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency, and drive business outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Sales Support or Sales Ops experience.
  • Big 4 experience (EY, PwC, Deloitte, KPMG).

About the Role

Join the Finance & Accounting organization within the Finance Data Analytics team to work hands-on with key metrics including Bookings (ACV) and Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR). This position provides Sales support by explaining how Finance KPIs are derived and by bridging the gap between upstream Sales quoting structure and downstream ARR impact. You will also contribute to stakeholder support, analytics, reporting, and the month-end and quarter-end close cycle.
