Job Description

Goldbelt APEX is seeking a Financial Management Functional Team Lead to coordinate financial management support across PAE MP in Fort Detrick, MD onsite.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate financial management support across PAE MP.
  • Support PPBE, SPAR, and POM development, including budget formulation, justification, and execution.
  • Manage spend plan activities and track obligations and disbursements.
  • Reconcile financial appropriations and prepare financial reporting for senior leadership.
  • Support LCCEs, LCSPs, financial schedules, and IGCEs.
  • Contribute to acquisition packages and participate in fiscal risk reviews.
  • Lead and/or coordinate the financial support team and standardize processes across PMOs.

Requirements

  • DoD PPBE experience.
  • Knowledge of RDT&E, Procurement, and O&M appropriations.
  • Budget execution experience and financial analysis capability.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience providing financial reporting to senior Government leadership.
  • Cost estimating experience and ability to support acquisition financial documentation.
  • Proficiency with ACEIT.
  • Ability to develop financial schedules and support lifecycle cost estimating.
  • Experience supporting budget formulation, execution, obligation/disbursement analysis, and spend plans.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • Travel: up to 20%.

Additional Information

  • Contingent upon the successful award of a contract currently under bid.
  • Annual salary range: USD 100,000 - 135,000.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Current or recent PAE MP or DHA financial management incumbent.
  • GFEBS experience.
  • MDAPT, PTS, CBE, PCAN, CCaR, ECAT, TEWLS, and/or PIEE experience.
  • DHA/Army medical acquisition financial management experience.
  • Experience supporting POM/SPAR cycles.
