Job Description
Temporary Financial Planning and Analysis Manager for the Americas based in New York, NY (onsite), focused on monthly close, margin visibility, and budgeting/forecast reporting.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Americas Finance team in monitoring and evaluating business performance.
- Improve margin visibility across operations and reports.
- Support fast paced decision making with timely financial insights.
- Prioritize and manage the monthly close process.
- Conduct margin variance analysis to identify drivers and action items.
- Provide budget and forecast support for planning cycles.
- Prepare and deliver financial reporting for leadership and stakeholders.
Compensation
- Salary range: USD 110,000 to 120,000 per year.
- Bonus eligibility as part of total compensation.

Additional Information
The selected candidate will be offered a salary within the range of USD 110,000 - 120,000 annually, plus bonus eligibility. The salary offered will be dependent upon the candidate’s relevant skills and experience.
