Financial Systems Manager

CFS is hiring a Financial Systems Manager in Bannockburn, IL (hybrid). This role is built for someone who enjoys owning financial systems end to end, partnering across teams, and delivering measurable improvements through ERP implementation, CRM integration, and strong compliance practices. The compensation range for this position is $140,000 to $150,000 per year, with a hybrid schedule (2 days in office).

What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end ERP implementation activities, including requirements gathering, design, testing, data migration, training, and post-go-live support.
• Coordinate with implementation partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders to keep projects moving and execution on track.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to optimize processes and improve system functionality.
• Support CRM implementation and oversee integration between CRM and ERP platforms.
• Act as the primary owner for financial systems, including reporting, enhancements, and user support.
• Develop and maintain reporting, dashboards, and analytics to support business decision-making.
• Manage ITGC, SOX, and audit-related controls, including user access reviews, segregation of duties, and SOC 1 compliance activities.
• Partner with internal and external auditors to support compliance and risk management efforts.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and continuous improvement across Finance and business operations.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in financial systems, IT Audit, or accounting with a strong systems focus.
• Experience leading or playing a key role in a full ERP implementation.
• Strong understanding of financial systems, accounting processes, and internal controls.
• Hands-on experience with SOX compliance, ITGC controls, user access reviews, and SOC 1 reporting.
• Ability to manage projects while partnering effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience supporting CRM systems and systems integrations is highly preferred.
• Strong background in reporting, analytics, and business process improvement.
