Hyundai Finance Manager

AutoFair Automotive Group is seeking an experienced Automotive F&I Manager to support AutoFair Hyundai customers with vehicle financing and to manage deal processes with an emphasis on profitability and regulatory compliance. This onsite role is based in Manchester, NH.

Key Responsibilities

• Recommend and assist customers with arranging financing for their vehicle purchases.
• Present additional product offerings designed to enhance the vehicle and the ownership experience.
• Structure sales to support the highest possible profitability.
• Submit deals to lenders for approval, make credit decisions, and complete deal closing.
• Ensure each deal aligns with local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Prepare paperwork, contracts, and coordinate delivery of completed deals.
• Audit team deals post-sale and analyze results to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure contracts are funded expeditiously.

Required Qualifications

• At least 2 years of dealership experience.
• Eagerness to improve.
• Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures.
• Ability to structure deals for maximum profitability.
• Understanding of title laws and the vehicle registration process.
• Professional personal appearance.
• Extraordinary verbal and written communication skills.
• Expertise in negotiation and presentation skills.
• Valid driver’s license.

Compensation

USD 12,500 - 22,500 per month
