Job Description

Manager, Finance role with Comcast Corporation based onsite in Philadelphia, PA.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to support annual planning, budgeting, and ongoing operational processes across the business unit.
  • Evaluate financial and operational data and performance metrics, communicate findings and risks, and propose process improvements.
  • Assist business-unit leaders and other departments with information requests and special initiatives.
  • Understand and apply company policies while continually reviewing and refining procedures for consistency.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the Finance team; oversee daily performance and advise upper management on opportunities to enhance productivity.
  • Deliver additional Business Operations duties as assigned.
  • Exercise independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Maintain reliable attendance, with the ability to work nights, weekends, and variable schedules, including overtime as needed.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience
