Manager-Pro Finance & Analytics

The Manager-Pro Finance & Analytics role within Home Depot's Pro Capabilities organization provides senior leadership in financial planning, analytics, and cross-functional partnership to drive Pro performance and shareholder value. This onsite position is based in Atlanta, GA.

Responsibilities

• Strategic analysis and problem solving: develop a deep understanding of the business, identify process and organizational improvements, plan and execute department objectives, contribute to the annual budget, monitor monthly expenditures, and track metrics to ensure goals are met.
• Conduct financial planning for the function and present informed recommendations.
• Lead and coordinate work teams to perform financial functions efficiently; use metrics to monitor performance and workload, ensuring processes align with established policies.
• Drive key financial metrics that reflect the function's performance.
• Project management: build and sustain strategic partnerships with business peers and participate in cross-functional initiatives to address business issues and strengthen competitive advantage; facilitate cross-functional communication with Finance, Human Resources, Real Estate, Operations, and Information Systems.

Direct Manager / Direct Reports

Typically reports to a Director level. This position has no direct reports.

Travel Requirements

Typically requires overnight travel 5% to 20% of the time.

Physical Requirements

Most of the time is spent seated in a comfortable position with frequent opportunity to move. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.

Working Conditions

Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
