MSP Finance Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

• Professionally and effectively work directly with the program team and vendor partners to expedite billing facilities and paying vendor partners by clearing exception and hard stop reports
• Identify trends and recurring errors
• Develop process improvements to minimize errors and manual work
• Act as liaison between Credentialing, MSP Teams, Finance Department and Vendor partners
• Implement departmental best practices to ensure key performance indicators are sustained
• Respond promptly and effectively to all emails and requests
• Maintain confidentiality and appropriate access of all employee information
• Participate in special projects as needed and perform other duties as assigned
• Practice and adhere to the Code of Conduct philosophy and Mission and Value Statement

Physical Demands / Working Conditions

• Requires prolonged sitting and occasional exertion up to 30 lbs, and up to 20 lbs frequently

• Ability to perceive sounds at normal speaking levels with or without correction and to receive detailed information through oral communication
• Dexterity to type at least 40 words per minute
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, and general office products
• Office-based role with frequent contact with staff and the public
