Patient Financial Services SBO Manager

Rang Technologies Inc. is hiring a Patient Financial Services SBO Manager in Dover, DE (onsite) at Bayhealth Hospital, Kent Campus. The role offers a salary range of USD 82,000 - 128,000 per year and the opportunity to lead key patient financial services functions, including billing, collections, cash application, counseling, refunds, reconciliation, and compliance.

You will manage the Patient Financial Services (PFS) team and oversee day-to-day operations that support accurate revenue cycle performance. The position is based in Dover, DE and is an onsite opportunity.

What you’ll do

• Lead and manage Patient Financial Services (PFS) teams
• Oversee patient billing and collections
• Manage cash application processes
• Support financial counseling activities
• Administer and coordinate refunds
• Ensure accurate account reconciliation
• Monitor performance and operational results
• Maintain compliance across patient financial services operations

What you bring

• 5+ years of patient accounting, revenue cycle, or third-party reimbursement experience
• 3+ years of supervisory or leadership experience
• Experience with treasury or cash management, including billing, collections, cash application, and reconciliation
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (preferred)
• Epic experience in SBO/revenue cycle (preferred)
