Job Description

Lockheed Martin offers an on-site opportunity in Palmdale, CA for a Senior Finance Analyst supporting the Skunk Works Advanced Development Programs. The role comes with a comprehensive benefits package and a competitive annual salary, full-time on-site work, and a structured 4x10 schedule. You will oversee day-to-day program finance activities, establish and manage Performance Measurement Baselines (PMBs), perform Earned Value Management (EVM) analysis and Estimates at Complete (EACs), conduct cost analyses, and present program performance insights to leadership. This position requires US citizenship and a DoD Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Execute day-to-day Program Finance activities in support of Skunk Works ADP, ensuring accurate financial planning, reporting, and program execution.
  • Establish and manage PMBs, perform EVM analysis, develop EACs, and conduct variance analysis using enterprise financial toolsets.
  • Perform financial cost analysis, including cost allocation, reconciliation of actual costs, cost control, and preparation of financial reports and contractual deliverables.
  • Develop and document corrective action plans, prepare financial analyses and recommendations, and present program performance insights to program leadership and key stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above from an accredited college, or 5 years experience in the absence of a Bachelor's degree
  • Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) concepts and their application
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite Products with emphasis on Excel
  • Financial analysis experience
  • On-site Full Time
  • Must be a US Citizen
  • DoD Secret clearance required
  • Clearance level: Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years
