Job Description
A Senior Finance Manager to lead and scale U.S. finance operations while ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.
Responsibilities
- Lead U.S. finance operations and maintain compliance with applicable federal and state regulations.
- Oversee U.S. tax compliance, filings, and management of external advisory relationships.
- Manage U.S. GAAP accounting processes and support reporting under China GAAP.
- Prepare financial statements, perform variance analysis, and provide actionable insights.
- Coordinate with finance teams in Mexico and Brazil in a supporting capacity.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and ongoing process optimization initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in finance or accounting.
- Hands-on U.S. finance and tax experience (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and tax regulations.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken.
- Willingness to travel periodically to Mexico and Brazil for short-term assignments.
