Senior Specialist, Program Finance

Senior Program Finance professional with L3Harris Technologies in the Telemetry and RF Division, based in San Diego, accountable for end-to-end financial management of programs from inception to completion, including baseline activities, monthly forecasting, variance analysis, invoicing, and identifying risks and opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial facets of program execution, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance throughout the lifecycle.
• Track and evaluate program costs across labor, material, subcontractors, and other direct costs, comparing actuals to budget and forecast.
• Prepare quarterly EACs and support accurate projections of ETC, EAC, and LRE financial data.
• Conduct variance analyses for key metrics such as EAC, sales, profit, and cash, clearly identifying drivers behind deviations.
• Develop and present program financials and insights during management Program Reviews.
• Manage end-to-end invoicing activities for programs.
• Take on additional duties and support tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 6 years of experience in financial analysis, planning, and reporting; or graduate degree with at least 4 years in financial analysis, planning, and reporting.
• If no degree is held, a minimum of 10 years of related experience in financial analysis, planning, and reporting is required.
