Job Description

Onsite in Clifton, NJ, the Specialist, Program Finance role within L3Harris Technologies' Electronic Warfare Division offers a stable career path with a comprehensive benefits package. The position carries a salary range of USD 76,500 to 141,500 per year, reflecting experience and scope.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the subject matter expert for the financial performance of assigned programs, delivering early warnings of potential issues, identifying risks, and proposing solutions to leadership.
  • Guide program financials by developing time‑phased budgets and schedules, ensuring EV data compliance and reporting, overseeing cost accounting, and maintaining cost and schedule integration.
  • Oversee budgeting, cost control and variance analysis, internal and external reporting, risk management, and overall financial support.
  • Contribute to quarterly EAC development and assist in projecting ETC, EAC, and LRE data with accuracy.
  • Generate program financial artifacts such as EV reports, graphs, and analyses, including materials for customer reporting.
  • Educate PMO and CAMs with internal reports on cost and schedule performance to inform decisions.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement initiatives.
  • Perform ad hoc analyses, data integrity checks, and validations related to program financials.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, OR a Graduate Degree with a minimum of 2 years of related experience. In lieu of a degree, 8 years of prior related experience will be considered.
  • 2+ years’ experience with Earned Value Management (EVMS) reporting.
  • 2+ years’ experience preparing and supporting Program Reviews.
  • 2+ years’ experience with customer financial reporting.
  • 2+ years’ experience with financial forecasting and analysis.
  • 2+ years’ experience partnering with Program Management and functional teams to drive program success.
