Specialist, Program Finance

Based onsite in West Palm Beach, Florida, this position sits in L3Harris Technologies' Commercial Launch Systems Division. The Specialist, Program Finance supports RL10 rocket engine programs with financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, earned value management (EVMS), and contract-type oversight. You will contribute across complex programs that include cost plus, time-and-material, and fixed-price work, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to explain financial results. The role also supports EVMS reporting, budget development and monitoring, and provides financial analysis for audits and other financial activities in a dynamic, mission-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Support complex programs consisting of cost plus, time-and-material and fixed price work.
• Complete Sales, Profit and Cash forecasting and analysis.
• Manage budgets on complex programs.
• Prepare budgets on complex programs.
• Monitor budgets on complex programs.
• Administer budgets on complex programs.
• Control budgets on complex programs.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to explain and help interpret financial results.
• Conduct EVMS and financial reporting.
• Work with multiple contract types.
• Provide financial analysis for audits and other financial activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience.
• Graduate Degree with a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.
• In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience.
