Overview

As a Senior Financial Analyst in Corporate Accounting and Consolidation, you will support consolidation activities, corporate accounting, financial reporting, OneStream usage, and government surveys. You will participate in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closes, prepare journal entries, perform reconciliations, and assist with 10-Q and 10-K filings. This role collaborates with the Director of Consolidation and Member Comp Accounting to deliver analysis that informs investors, regulators, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Generate consolidation analyses and consolidation entries
• Analyze financial statements for corporate entities
• Prepare journal entries, bank reconciliations, intercompany reconciliations, and other account reconciliations/analyses for corporate entities
• Respond to ad hoc financial data requests and serve as the primary point of contact for such analysis
• Ensure Sarbanes-Oxley controls are properly performed within assigned areas
• Prepare schedules for SEC filings including 10-Q and 10-K
• Conduct various government financial surveys
• Support projects such as system implementations and the adoption of new accounting pronouncements
• Prepare debt covenant calculations
• Assist in audit inquiries from external and internal auditors
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of accounting or financial analysis experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration
• Strong accounting and analytical skills
• Advanced MS Office proficiency, especially Excel with pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and advanced formulas
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate across all levels
• Solid project management skills
• Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Detail oriented and self-motivated with effective prioritization
• Experience with database reporting tools such as OneStream, Onestream, and Hyperion
• Strong proficiency with ERP/accounting software (Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP)
• Commitment to process improvement and efficiency
• Ability to analyze process flow and identify opportunities for streamlining
• Fast learner capable of multitasking in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
